Yash Aggarwal

Yash Aggarwal is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at UL Solutions since September 2023, focusing on inverters, converters, and associated systems for distributed energy resources, in accordance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards. Prior experience includes a systems engineering internship at Novanta Inc. in June to August 2023, and a research associate position at the Sensors, Energy, and Automation Laboratory from September 2021 to December 2022, where significant projects involved creating a high voltage AC power supply and conducting simulations. Additionally, Yash completed an electrical engineering internship at Novanta Inc. from July to September 2022, which included circuit analysis and collaboration on RF laser projects. Yash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in June 2023.
