Founder & CEO at Ulimidoes

Nick Dokich is the current CEO and founder of Ulimidoes. Prior to this, they were an AI Practice Architect at TEKsystems from August 2020 to January 2022. There, they worked on the Google CCAI project. Before that, they were a Conversational Designer at Honeywell from October 2019 to March 2020. There, they designed, developed, and trained all NLP models for Oracle HR Digital Assistant Chatbot – creating 157 new knowledge items and workflows. Nick also created conversational wireframes and user stories for new flows including, W2, W9, Holiday Pay, 401K, designed and executed feedback loop and utterance tuning and balancing processes, increasing confidence levels overall to above 85%. Nick also spearheaded the “Topic Reorganization” project, mapping all utterances, intents, contexts, and workflows. Nick reconcile the conversational design structure between three environments. Prior to working at Honeywell, Nick was the CEO of ULIMI. Before that they were the Workforce Performance Manager at Aero Fulfillment Services from January 2017 to September 2017 and a Management Consultant at Vantage Human Resource Services from August 2014 to August 2016.

Nick Dokich has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nick also has a minor in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
