Mike Hontz

Mike Hontz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Uline since July 2021, Mike previously held roles at Azusa Pacific University from August 2014 to July 2021, where leadership and recruitment for Graduate and Professional Programs were key responsibilities. Prior positions include work as a Recruiter at Trader Joe's and as a Mate (Manager), and initial experience as a Police Officer with the City of Upland, which catalyzed a shift towards aiding personal and professional development. Mike holds a Master of Business Management in Human Resources and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, along with certifications from San Bernardino Valley College and California State University, Los Angeles in Criminal Justice.
