Caroline Conlan

Caroline Conlan has extensive experience in operations and merchandising within the retail industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ulla Johnson since October 2017, Caroline has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Vice President of Retail, Planning & Merchandising and Senior Director of Merchandising & Planning. Prior to Ulla Johnson, Caroline worked at Haute Hippie from March 2012 to September 2017, where roles included VP of Merchandising and Director of E-Commerce & Retail Operations. Additional experience includes a position in online media at Mary Meyer Clothing, managing e-commerce at Yumi Kim, and serving as a Store Operations Assistant at Delias. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Art in Fine Art from Hunter College.
