Sara Copeland

Sara Copeland is an experienced product development professional with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Leather Goods Development Director at Ulla Johnson since August 2020, Sara previously held various positions at Coach from January 2014 to June 2020, including Senior Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included growing the Italy development hub and driving product innovation. Earlier roles included Production Manager for RACHEL Rachel Roy and Product Development Manager for Anne Klein at The Jones Group Inc., as well as Product Development Coordinator at Sequin LLC. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel and Textile Design with a concentration in Marketing from Michigan State University.
