Emma Divian

Emma Divian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Emma started their career as a Filing Clerk at Jervis B. Webb Company in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Emma then joined Independence Village of Brighton as a Hostess and provided meal service to senior citizens while also supervising and training High School waiters. Emma worked there for six years until 2013.

In the same year, they also interned as a BSW Intern at Catholic Family Services for eight months. Following that, they worked as a Student Desk Employee at Housing Operations from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Emma took on the role of an Assistant Staffing Coordinator at Right At Home and simultaneously served as a Student Connection Teacher for the Student Enrichment Program (SEP) at Cheryl Stockwell Academy. In this role, they provided before and after-school activities for students of all ages. Emma continued in these positions until 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Emma worked as a Paraprofessional at Charyl Stockwell Academy, where they were involved in a reading intervention program called Neuro Reading. Emma also assisted with carpooling duties.

In 2017, they became a Foster Care Specialist at Family and Community Services, Inc., where they worked until 2018. Currently, Emma is working as a Client Service Professional at Ulliance, Inc., where they have been employed since March 2018.

Emma Divian has a diverse education history. In 2005, they graduated from Brighton High School, where they completed a program focused on college readiness. Following their high school education, Emma pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Emma attended Saginaw Valley State University from 2009 to 2014. Continuing their education in the field of Social Work, they then earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Wayne State University, which they completed in 2020.
