Paul Zuelch

Paul Zuelch has a diverse work experience, spanning over 30 years. Paul started their career at SPX Corporation in 1989, where they successfully managed various human resources responsibilities and implemented a Total Quality Improvement program. After leaving SPX, Zuelch joined Infinite Learning of Michigan as the Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for sales and marketing activities for training and development programs. In 2003, they joined BorgWarner, initially serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and later as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources. At BorgWarner, Zuelch achieved significant cost savings through the implementation of a global online hiring management system and received an innovation award. Paul then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Irvin Automotive, where they were involved in managing the human resources function, integrating a division from another location, and implementing a succession planning process. Finally, Zuelch joined Ulliance, Inc. in 2010 as the Director of Business Development, responsible for strategic planning and achieving sales goals. In 2022, they achieved sales well beyond the target, setting a record for the organization.

Paul Zuelch has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Psychology from the University of Michigan. Prior to attending university, they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Edwin Denby High School.
