Kevin M. Smith

Kevin M. Smith serves as the Northeast Regional Vice President of the Real Estate Debt Group at Ullico Inc. since June 2019. Previously, Kevin held the position of SVP Senior Relationship Manager for CRE & Multi Family Lending at Customers Bank, where responsibilities included launching and developing the construction lending platform in the New York area. Kevin also served as SVP Senior Relationship Manager for commercial real estate at People's United Bank, managing relationships and cross-selling bank products. Other significant roles included SVP Division Head of CRE Finance at Metropolitan Commercial Bank and Vice President/Director in Commercial Real Estate at Capital One Bank, focusing on underwriting credit facilities for various commercial property types. Kevin M. Smith earned an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University and holds a New York State CPA designation.
