Brent McDermott currently serves as the Director of Investment Operations at Ulrich Investment Consultants since June 2023. Previously, Brent held roles such as Implementation Consultant at Practifi, and Alternative Investment Technical Consultant at SS&C Advent, where significant contributions included onboarding client accounts valued over $4.5 billion and developing training programs to enhance client experiences. Brent has also held various positions at SS&C Advent, including Senior Training and Development Specialist, Product Consultant, and Manager of Platform Support, where improvements in bug processes and training methodologies were implemented. In earlier roles, Brent served as Client Operations Manager at Beeline and Client Advocate Team Lead at SS&C Advent, demonstrating a consistent focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Additional experience includes board memberships with Trinity Fitness and Beaches Habitat for Humanity, and a foundational role at Fidelity Investments. Brent holds a degree from the University of North Florida.
