Joe Ye

Joe Ye has extensive experience in various leadership positions. Joe served as the CEO of ULSee Inc. since June 2014. Prior to that, they were the CEO of cywee from 2007 to 2009. Joe also held the position of GM of Taiwan and VP of Asia Pacific at UTStarcom from 1996 to 2006.

Joe Ye received their MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University from 1991 to 1993.
