Lidia Smeja

Lidia Smeja is a seasoned finance and HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Finance and HR Manager and Board Member at Ulstein Poland LTD since October 2013, Smeja previously held the position of Administration COO at Laureate International Universities for a brief period in 2013. Earlier career accomplishments include positions as an Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o. from September 2002 to 2013 and at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 2001 to 2002. Lidia Smeja holds two Master's Degrees: one in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and another in Human Resources Management from Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie.
