Crystal C. Jacob

Crystal C. Jacob is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in training, branch administration, and customer service. Currently serving as the AVP Training Officer at Ulster Savings Bank since January 2019, Crystal is responsible for onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training in banking knowledge and customer service. Prior to this role, Crystal was the Vice President of Branch Administration at Catskill Hudson Bank, overseeing multiple branch locations and enhancing customer relationships.
