Joan Eck

Joan Eck is a seasoned financial services executive with over three decades of extensive experience in various leadership roles at Ulster Savings Bank since 1990, including Senior Vice President and Credit Officer overseeing the Commercial Loan Credit Department and Residential Mortgage Lending, and as SVP responsible for Sales & Marketing for Ulster Insurance Services, Inc. and Ulster Financial Group, Inc. Prior to Ulster Savings Bank, Joan held multiple positions at Dime Savings Bank and gained early career experience at Shearson Lehman Brothers International Inc. and Lehman Brothers. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John's University and attended Bucknell University.
