Richard Heese

Richard Heese is a seasoned mortgage loan specialist with over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending. Currently working at Ulster Savings Bank since March 2015, Richard specializes in renovation loans, new construction, jumbo mortgages, and VA mortgages, as well as second homes and investment properties, and serves first-time homebuyers with access to various grant programs. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Banking Officer at M&T Bank from March 1992 to March 2015, focusing on residential mortgage loans and various government loan programs, including FHA and VA loans. Richard's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration and Management from Ulster County Community College and a high school diploma from Saugerties High School.
