Rachel Dixon

Rachel Dixon is a Lecturer in Animation at Ulster University since February 2024 and the Founder of The Bucket Book Limited, also established in September 2023. Previous professional experience includes roles as an Animator and 3D Artist at Italic Pig from August 2018 to November 2024, and as a Part Time Lecturer in Animation at Northern Regional College from September 2017 to August 2022. Additional experience includes customer service at Sainsbury's from September 2012 to September 2017, Animation Creative at Mammoth from March 2017 to August 2017, and a placement as a 2D/3D Animation Generalist at Flickerpix Animations from October 2016 to April 2017. Rachel Dixon holds a BDes Hons in Animation with a focus on 3D Modelling and Animation from Ulster University, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2018, along with a Foundation Year in Art & Design at the same institution in 2013-2014.
