Andy Lightfoot

Andy was named Chief Executive Officer of Space NK in April 2019, acquired by Ulta Beauty in July 2025. In his role he oversees all aspects of Space NK, a subsidiary operating across the UK and Ireland. Since joining Space NK in 2016, he has held a number of leadership roles include leading digital transformation efforts and global operations in the U.S. and China, before being promoted to CEO in 2019. Prior to joining Space NK, he held roles across retail leading digital transformation at Arcadia 2014-2016, Head of Category at Amazon overseeing various categories and the Prime ecosystem projects 2009-2014 and various merchandising, buying and management roles. Andy currently serves on the board of B-Corp Finisterre and advises the Edu-tech platform Uptime.
