Ashley Byers

Ashley Byers is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and merchandising strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of eCommerce Category Strategy at Ulta Beauty since July 2017. In this role, Ashley leads a team of five and focuses on developing innovative digital solutions, including virtual try-on experiences and buying guides. Previously, Ashley held various roles at Ulta Beauty, including Manager of Merchandising Strategy & Insights and Senior Analyst of Merchandising Strategy & Insights, where responsibilities spanned strategic initiatives, annual planning, and profitability improvement. Prior experience includes positions at Tru Vue, where Ashley contributed to sales operations analytics and financial planning. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from North Central College, completed in 2015.
