Carlos Gemmell

Carlos Gemmell is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, FP&A & Procurement at Ulta Beauty, Carlos previously held senior roles at Gap Inc., where responsibilities included leading corporate FP&A and the development of long-term strategy. Carlos also worked as Vice President of Finance and Functional CFO at Nordstrom, where three finance teams were managed in alignment with market strategy. At Nike, Carlos progressed through various positions including Head of Strategy & Business Operations, CFO of Global Apparel & Equipment, and Senior Director of Global Corporate Finance, focusing on strategic investments and business valuations. Additionally, Carlos contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oregon, specializing in International Business and product launch strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Marketing from Macquarie University and a Master's in Finance from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte.
