Chris Delorefice

Chris was named Chief Financial Officer in December 2025. In this role, he oversees the company’s accounting, finance, tax, treasury, procurement, investor relations, and internal audit teams.

Chris has significant experience leading global, cross-functional finance teams and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Becton Dickinson & Company. Prior to Becton Dickinson, he served in a number of leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Vice President, Investor Relations, Vice President Finance and CFO, North America Hospital Medical Devices, and Vice President Finance and CFO, North America Consumer. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ResMed and as the Chair of ResMed’s audit committee.
