Christopher Whitfield is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and operations within leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development & New Growth at Ulta Beauty, Christopher is responsible for executing the corporate development strategy and exploring M&A opportunities. Previously, Christopher led the early stages of the Ulta Beauty Marketplace business and held various leadership roles at McDonald's, including Chief Operating Officer overseeing significant sales and franchise operations. Additionally, Christopher contributed to innovation in customer experience and strategic initiatives at McKinsey & Company. Christopher holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
