Erin Houg

Erin Houg is an accomplished media professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as VP of Media and UB Media at Ulta Beauty since August 2024, Erin has previously held multiple senior roles at Starcom from June 2000 to August 2024, including EVP and Media Director. Erin's expertise also includes a tenure as Digital Media Director at MediaVest from May 2009 to May 2010. Erin began the media career at Starcom Worldwide, advancing through positions as Associate Media Director, Media Supervisor, and Media Associate. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Marquette University in 2000.
