Holly Moorehouse

Holly Moorehouse is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. At Ulta Beauty, Holly served as Vice President of People Success in the Field from July 2018 to February 2024, and previously held roles including Director of People Success Business Partner and Human Resources Director for Associate Care and Support. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Holly worked at Jewel-Osco in various human resources capacities from January 2014 to July 2018. Early in the career, Holly gained significant expertise at Dominick's/Safeway, starting as a Human Resource Advisor in 1984 and advancing to Senior HR Manager before departing in 2012.
