Kathleen Madigan

Kathleen Madigan currently serves as Vice-President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Ulta Beauty since April 2019. Prior to this role, Kathleen had an extensive career at McDonald's from 2004 to April 2019, holding various senior legal positions including Managing Counsel for the U.S. Legal Department and Regional Counsel for Latin America. Kathleen's earlier experience includes roles at Oldham and Associates, Skelgas, Inc., and a previous tenure at McDonald's. Kathleen earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Spanish and Political Science from Marquette University. Additional educational experiences include studies at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of San Francisco.
