Rachel Belano

Rachel Belano brings nearly a decade of extensive experience in supply chain operations, having held various leadership roles at Ulta Beauty since May 2014, including Senior Director and Director of Supply Chain Operations. Prior to this, Rachel contributed to Target from December 2010 to 2014, serving as Production Controller and Operations Group Leader. Rachel's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations, both from Northern Illinois University.
