Sally Blount

Sally Blount is the current Director at Ulta Beauty, a position they have held since 2010. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Sally was Special Advisor to NYU President and Provost for Global Integration from 2001-2010. Sally has also been an Associate Professor of Behavioral Science at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1992-2001 and Instructor/Research Assistant/PhD student at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1988-1992. Sally began their career as Director of Finance and Planning at Eva Maddox Associates, Inc. from 1985-1988 and Associate Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 1983-1985.

Sally Blount has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University, an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S.E. in Engineering Systems and Economic Policy from Princeton University.
