Trisha Allen is an accomplished retail and clinic management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Ulta Beauty since July 2024, Trisha previously held positions at Milan Laser Hair Removal as Clinic Manager and Ulta Beauty in various capacities including Retail Market Trainer and General Manager from September 2019 to September 2023. Trisha has a strong background in sales coaching and customer relationship management from time spent at Staples, where Trisha served as Regional Sales & Services Manager and General Manager, enhancing customer service and driving business growth. Trisha’s earlier experience includes being Assistant Head Coach at Nike.
