Ava Drayton-Elder

Ava Drayton-Elder has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ava is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Client Solutions at Ulteig since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SPX FLOW, Inc., where they held various roles. From October 2019 to June 2021, Ava served as the VP Americas, Systems Sales and Key Accounts, where they led global business strategy, fostered long-term customer relationships, and restructured the Systems Sales Organization in the Americas. Before that, they held the position of VP of Sales, Americas Food and Beverage from March 2017 to October 2019, where they led a $300M commercial business, spearheaded growth initiatives, and restructured the Americas organization. Earlier in their career, Ava worked at GE Power & Water as the GM of Water Services Chemicals and GM of Industrial Process, Water & Process Technologies, successfully leading global strategies and driving profitable growth. Prior to that, they held various roles at Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm and Haas), including Global Strategy and Marketing Director and M&A and Business Development Manager. Ava also served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters from 1996 to 2004 and worked as the Onsite Gases Business Manager at Air Products from 1992 to 2004.

Ava Drayton-Elder's education history includes obtaining an Executive Masters in Technology Management from The Wharton School. Ava also holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Howard University. Additionally, they completed their high school education at St Joseph's Convent San Fernando. Ava has also obtained a certificate for Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from edX in June 2021.
