Clifford Gibbs Jr. PHR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Clifford currently holds the role of Senior Recruiter at Ulteig, where they began in October 2021. Prior to this, Clifford worked at Carlisle Construction Materials from October 2018 to September 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, they supported recruiting efforts across the organization. Before joining Carlisle Construction Materials, Clifford worked at Merakey as a Talent Acquisition Staffing Specialist from February 2016 to October 2018. Clifford started their career at Maxim Healthcare Services in November 2010, where they held various roles including Service Coordinator from September 2013 to January 2016 and Recruitment Specialist from November 2010 to September 2013.

Clifford Gibbs Jr. PHR attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis on Communication. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2019.
