Jill Hejtmanek

Jill Hejtmanek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jill began their career at 702 Communications in 2003, where they worked as a Dispatcher, handling billing for labor and equipment and coordinating trouble tickets and installations. Jill also created a training manual and provided training for new hires in the department.

In 2008, Jill joined Network Center, Inc. as a Billing Coordinator, responsible for billing labor and ensuring accurate general ledger coding. Jill also served as the NetSecure Coordinator, tracking usage of time on contracts and handling customer inquiries. Jill set up projects and contracts in the accounting software system.

Jill then worked at Xcel Energy from 2010 to 2019 as a Sr Operations Work Coordinator. In this role, they managed construction and maintenance schedules for gas and electric crews, adjusted schedules based on resource availability and progress reports, and provided daily work direction to field employees.

From 2019 to 2020, Jill worked as a Driver Support Specialist at E.W. Wylie Corporation. Jill ensured the performance and profitability of truck drivers, monitored truck utilization and on-time performance, and reviewed operational reports for adherence to company and regulatory policies.

Jill then joined Wells Fargo in 2020 as an Executive Office Case Specialist. In this role, they responded to customer inquiries and complaints, conducted research, and performed correctional transactions. Jill communicated with customers to provide resolution steps and documented research outcomes.

In 2021, Jill joined Bell Bank as a Payment Processor and Construction Loan Administrator. Jill processed payments and administered construction loans.

Currently, Jill is working at Ulteig as a Project Coordinator and LifeLine Sector Representative in the PM Center of Excellence.

Jill Hejtmanek attended Northwest Technical College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations.
