Nick Ingolfsland

Nick Ingolfsland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nick began their career at Sykes in 1997, where they served as a Customer Service Technician, gaining valuable experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. In 2004, they joined Dakota Fusion as an Application Developer, focusing on web application development and database administration.

In 2007, Nick transitioned to United Agri Products as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for managing a large-scale ERP integration project and overseeing software development resources.

Since 2008, Nick has been with Ulteig, holding various technology management and leadership roles. During their initial years, they gained experience in software development and database administration. Nick then progressed to managerial positions and eventually became a director and member of the leadership team. As Vice President of IT and Business Services, their responsibilities include information technology, facilities, and administration shared services. Nick has led innovative initiatives and implemented transformative remote work technology to increase productivity and surpass industry peers. Nick is known for their excellence in leadership, team development, problem-solving, and budget management.

Nick Ingolfsland is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with an expected completion date in 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of North Dakota from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Nick has also acquired several certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through (ISC)². In 2020, they obtained the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci. Furthermore, in 2018, they received a First Aid certification from FM AMBULANCE.
