Naga Talluri PhD, PE ENV SP has a diverse work experience in the field of geotechnical engineering. Naga started working at Ulteig in October 2019 as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Prior to that, Naga worked at Enel Green Power from December 2013 to September 2019, holding the positions of Lead Civil/Geotechnical Engineer and Civil - Geotechnical Engineer. Naga also worked at GeoConcepts Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer during September 2013. Naga's educational background includes a doctoral candidacy at UT Arlington from August 2009 to August 2013, where Naga was involved in research activities. Furthermore, Naga gained experience as a Geotechnical Engineer at Tata Consulting Engineers from July 2008 to July 2009. Naga began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from August 2006 to June 2008.

In 2002, they commenced their studies at JNTU Anantapur, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2006. In 2016, they acquired the Professional Engineer (PE) certification, granted by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
