Utility Scale Solar Farm Designer / Engineering Technician Lead at Ulteig

Sherry Hartman has over 24 years of work experience in various industries. Sherry started their career at The Miami Herald as an Ad Designer and Photoshop Artist. Sherry then worked at The Colorado Springs Gazette as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, and Business Assistant. Following that, they worked at Images of Nature Art Gallery as a Top Sales Associate. Sherry then transitioned to the healthcare sector, working at Medical Express as a Nurse Recruiter and Recruiter Liaison. Sherry later joined ITT Technical Institute as a Student Representative. In 2010, they began working at STV/GWD as a Piping Designer and CAD Drafter, eventually becoming a P&ID Designer. Since 2016, Sherry has been working at Ulteig as a Utility Scale Solar Farm Designer and Engineering Technician Lead, and prior to that, they were an Engineering Technician and Distribution Design Team Lead. Throughout their career, Sherry has been involved in a variety of projects in the fields of renewable energy, transmission and distribution, and piping systems.

Sherry Hartman obtained their High School Diploma from Nile C Kinnick High School in Yokosuka, Japan, from 1983 to 1985. Later, they attended ITT Technical Institute from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Drafting and Design. Aside from their formal education, they have not obtained any additional certifications or qualifications.
