Dan brings more than 25 years of enzymology and molecular biology experience with approximately 15 years of innovation around NGS. As Director of Molecular Biology at ThermoFisher Scientific he led teams involved in Enzyme Evolution, Amplification and Targeted Library Prep. This work resulted in more than 10 launched NGS products improving nearly every step of the NGS workflow. Dan received a PhD in Biochemistry from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Postdoctoral training at University of California, San Diego.
