David Peoples

David brings to Ultima 20 years of investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets expertise. Prior to joining Ultima, David was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for coverage of the life sciences tools and diagnostics sectors for the healthcare investment banking team. While at J.P. Morgan, David raised billions of dollars of capital for his clients and led many of the recent and successful initial public offerings that helped build the emerging life sciences tools & diagnostics ecosystem. David received a BS in Economics from Davidson College.
