Shalin Chikhalkar

Shalin Chikhalkar is a Senior Firmware Engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and firmware development. Currently employed at Ultima Genomics since April 2024, Shalin previously held the same title at Butlr from September 2021 to April 2024 and worked as a Firmware Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from February 2016 to September 2021. Early career experience includes an Embedded Systems Intern position at Ciright Systems, Inc. and an Embedded Systems Associate role at ThinkLABS Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd., where Shalin developed hardware and software solutions and delivered over 1000 hours of lectures on robotics and embedded systems. Shalin holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
