Thomas Hoang

Thomas Hoang is a skilled research associate with a strong background in biotechnology and a proven track record in various laboratory roles. Currently serving as a Research Associate II at Ultima Genomics since April 2020, Thomas has previously worked as an Environmental Lab Technician for the City of Sunnyvale and contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis. Key accomplishments include designing primers for Lactococcus Lactis, synthesizing cDNA, performing qRT-PCR and western blot analyses, and utilizing programmable liquid handling technology. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis, earned in 2019.
