Joe Bondi

Joe Bondi has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Joe is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer at Ultima Health Products, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Elanco as the Senior Director of Accounting.

Their most significant role was at Envigo, where they held multiple positions. First, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for North America, leading the finance organization for a research models business and contract research organization. Joe focused on improving strategic planning, execution, and business performance. Joe also implemented an integrated business planning process that enhanced demand planning, production scheduling, and supply chain management.

Next, at Envigo, they held the position of Vice President of Finance for Research Models and Services. In this role, they led the finance organization for a $175 million private equity business operating in multiple countries. Joe improved commercial intelligence, financial reporting, and analysis, resulting in three years of consecutive margin growth.

Before joining Envigo, Joe worked at Harlan Laboratories, Inc. as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations. Joe enhanced the financial statement close process and implemented global accounting policies and ERP systems.

To start their career, Joe worked at Ernst & Young, LLP as an Assurance/Advisory Senior Manager. Joe provided assurance services to clients in various industries and served companies with revenues ranging from $15 million to $4 billion.
