Sarah Novak

Sarah Novak is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in grievance and appeals management. Currently serving as the Manager of Grievance and Appeals at Ultimate Health Plans, Inc. since May 2016, Sarah has also held the position of Supervisor in the same department. Prior to this, Sarah worked at CareCentrix in Utilization Management and as a Clinical Quality Specialist at UnitedHealthcare. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Leo University.
