Paul Kwiatkowski Jr.

Paul Kwiatkowski Jr. has been working in the industry since 2003. Paul started as a Laser Operator and General Laborer at Matrix Metalcraft Inc. In 2009, they took on the roles of CAD/CAM Manager, CNC Mill Programmer/Operator, and CAD Designer/ CNC Programmer at the same company. In 2018, they moved to Matrix Metalcraft LLC. as a Program Manager and currently holds the same position at UHI Group since 2021.

Paul Kwiatkowski Jr. attended Macomb Community College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Product Development. Paul also obtained certifications in SolidWorks Essentials (2017), Basic Mill Programming and Mill Operator (2011), Pc-Dmis CMM Software Training (2011), Lathe Programming (2010), Mastercam 2D/3D (2008), CNC Mill Programming Setup & Operation (2007), and Design Technology Program (2007) from various institutions.
