Currently serving as the Director of Technology & Innovation at Ultimate Jet Vacations since January 2024, Ian-Michael oversees the IT team and the development of systems supporting travel logistics. As a Managing Partner and Founder of Shrim Partners LLC and a Board Member at Ethos Valor, Ian-Michael also has held key roles such as General Manager for NLX in LATAM and Vice President of Americas at Local Measure, where responsibilities included GTM strategy and operational leadership. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Laissez-faire Group and Business Development Manager at Business Events Sydney, demonstrating a consistent focus on strategic alliances and revenue generation. Ian-Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney and has undertaken various educational programs, enhancing expertise in management and innovation.
