Kristie Schweyer

Kristie Schweyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristie started their career as a NRC Associate at Kforce, where they eventually became the Manager of VMS Delivery. In this role, Kristie managed a team of sourcers and worked with major national accounts. Kristie then joined Uber, Inc. as a Search Consultant before moving on to Intellect Technical Solutions as an Account Executive. Kristie's most recent role is with Ultimate Medical Academy, where they have held various positions such as Career Development Specialist, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently, Senior Director of Operations. Throughout their time at Ultimate Medical Academy, Kristie has focused on developing leaders, managing teams, and driving business development and placement outcomes.

Kristie Schweyer holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University and a Bachelors of Art degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they have obtained a Leading Leadership Development Certificate from Training Industry, Inc. in 2022.
