Tracey Francis-Davis has extensive work experience in the field of student finance. Tracey started their career at Ultimate Medical Academy in 2009 as a Senior Team Lead and progressed to become a Senior Manager. Tracey then transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Student Finance before serving as the Student Finance Director. In 2016, they took on a new challenge as the Business Owner of Sugar Sweet's Catering.
