Gail Ferrari

Gail Ferrari currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Roth Staffing, a position held since August 2017, where responsibilities include developing strategic staffing infrastructure for organizations with large-scale workforce needs. Prior to this role, Gail was the Director of Strategic Solutions at Ultimate Staffing Services since June 1998, effectively designing and implementing enterprise-level workforce management solutions across Silicon Valley for over 30 companies in various industries, notably technology and healthcare. Earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director of On-Premise at Interim/Spherion from May 1995 to May 1997. Gail possesses specializations in areas such as MSP/VMS, on-site partnership design, and outsourced hiring projects, complemented by a B.S. degree from California State University, Chico, and additional studies at the University of London and University of Rhode Island.
