Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Ultimate Technologies Group since January 2017, OBrien leads a talented team in providing commercial audio-visual solutions for global clients. Previously, OBrien held senior roles at Equifax as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing a $1B international business, and at Philips as Senior Director of Global Human Resources, where strategic leadership contributed to significant cost reductions. OBrien's career also includes a decade at General Mills as Head of HR for Latin America and Director of International Human Resources, during which the company earned accolades for its human resource practices. OBrien holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
