Aga Saganowska

Aga Saganowska is a product manager and co-owner of Ultimo.studio. Aga has over eight years of experience in the field, with a focus on business analysis, product development, and team management.

Aga started their career as a business analyst at VECTRA S.A., where they gained experience in requirements gathering, project scoping, and iteration planning. Aga then moved to Nokaut.pl, where they took on the role of head of analysis and product manager. In this role, they were responsible for market research, benchmarking, competitive analysis, and product development.

In 2012, Aga co-founded ProductCamp, a conference for product managers. The following year, they joined Nearshoring Solutions Sp. z o.o. as a product manager. At Nearshoring Solutions, they were responsible for drafting business requirements, project scoping, iteration planning, task prioritization, and creating product roadmaps and release schedules.

In 2015, Aga joined Shortlist.co as a product owner. In this role, they acted as scrum master, managed a team of 10 people, and oversaw the implementation and training of Shortlist's products for tier-one clients.

Aga is currently a co-owner at Ultimo.studio.

Aga Saganowska has a diploma in IT from Clarendon Business College, where they studied programming, system architecture, and databases. Aga has a master's degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk, where they specialized in transportation and logistics. Aga also has a certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
