Naveed Rao

Naveed Rao has extensive experience in product management and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Product Management & Professional Services at Ultimus since April 2008. In this role, Naveed develops strategies to enhance service offerings, engages in sales processes as a Project Delivery Expert, leads the hiring process for the Professional Services team, and conducts regular project overview meetings. Prior to this position, Naveed held various project management roles at a USA-based company focused on business process re-engineering and automation, handling project management responsibilities including resource management and client relationships. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Technical Manager and Software Development Manager, where Naveed managed technical accounts and led software development initiatives, along with positions in technical consulting and web administration at the National Logistics Corporation.
