Derek Dvorak

As a Vice President, Private Fund Services at Ultimus LeverPoint, Derek Dvorak is responsible for providing reporting services to private equity clients and as well as working on the day-to-day operations for the clients.

Derek Dvorak joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021 through Ultimus LeverPoint’s acquisition of FD Fund Administration (FDFA), bringing with him more than a decade of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Derek was a Principal at FDFA where he helped develop the institutional client practice.

Derek Dvorak began his career at Citi Private Equity Services in New York City, where he worked within the institutional clients group.

Derek received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from William Paterson University and his Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from Seton Hall University.
