Keri Reed

VP, Relationship Management at Ultimus LeverPoint

As Vice President, Relationship Manager at Ultimus Fund Solutions, Keri is responsible for the overall client experience as it pertains to the comprehensive suite of Fund Services Solutions provided by Ultimus. She works with a diverse client base utilizing multiple services including, Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Legal Administration and Distribution.

In this role, Keri seeks to align client needs and expectations with service delivery. She is actively involved in change management and client initiatives/events, facilitates both strategic and standard client communication and serves as a point of escalation for inquiries and issues.

Keri has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry in both operations and relationship management. Prior to joining Ultimus in December 2021, Keri was a Vice President/Account Manager with Citibank N.A. in their Securities Services division where she had very similar responsibilities. While at Citi, she also supported clients utilizing custodian services such as Domestic and Global Custody, Global Tax Services, Securities Lending and Foreign Exchange.

Keri earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. She previously held a Series 6 and Series 63 license from FINRA.
