Senior Advisor, Ultimus LeverPoint at Ultimus LeverPoint

As President of Ultimus LeverPoint, Tom DiEgidio oversees the firm’s client centric service and solutions offering. He is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies as well as new sales growth for the private fund business. Tom brings over 25 years’ experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting to the executive team at ULP.

Previously, in late 2015 Tom joined FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter. He was appointed CEO of FDFA in 2020 and was instrumental in growing the firm’s assets under administration to over $30B before it was acquired by Ultimus in 2021.

Prior to FDFA, Tom held senior management roles at Citi Private Equity Services and BNY Mellon, overseeing accounting administration and reporting for his clients’ multi-billion dollar investment partnerships. Earlier in his career, he served as controller for CMS Companies, a private equity and real estate investment advisor with over $2 billion in assets under management.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Widener University.
