Harshit Vijay

Harshit Vijay has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2013, Harshit worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at National Engineering Industries Ltd. During this time, they supported manufacturing technical readiness, collaborated with R&D teams, and assisted with Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFM & DFA) efforts.

In 2014, Harshit became an Associate Program Manager at Jasper® Remedies Pvt. Ltd., where they identified and managed project risks, communicated project status to stakeholders, and collaborated with various teams to drive projects to completion.

Harshit then interned as a Process Improvement Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in 2014, where they supported process, production, and continuous improvement initiatives and evaluated ways to increase plant capacity and efficiency.

Moving on, Harshit worked as a Program Manager at Jasper® Remedies Pvt. Ltd., where they researched and defined user-cases, developed product strategies, and directed a team in the development of an e-commerce Android app.

In 2020, Harshit took on the role of IT Program Manager at Northeastern University College of Engineering, followed by a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in 2022, where they assisted with Statistical Methods and Probability courses.

During their time at Apple as a Product Quality Manager Co-op in 2021, Harshit designed trials, analyzed statistical data, and validated design changes and process performance in New Product Introduction (NPI) development cycles.

Most recently, Harshit joined Ultra Clean Technology in 2022 as a New Product Introduction Program Manager.

Overall, Harshit Vijay has gained experience in project management, process improvement, teaching, and product development throughout their career.

Harshit Vijay earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Harshit completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering at M.B.M. Engineering College in Jodhpur. Additionally, Harshit obtained certifications in "Technology for Product Managers" from LinkedIn in April 2022 and "Figma Essential Training: The Basics" from LinkedIn in an unspecified year.
